As a Strategic Operations Advisor for Capital G Properties, Dr. Hill translates defense-grade logistics and lifecycle management protocols into the residential property sector, ensuring the firm operates with unmatched structural precision.

Currently the Founder and CEO of Lifecycle Defense Solutions LLC, Dr. Hill brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic insight to our advisory board. His extensive background includes serving as Chief Engineer for the Army’s Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC), where he directed a $2 billion portfolio, and holding pivotal roles within the Missile Defense Agency and Unmanned Aircraft Systems programs. For Capital G Properties, he applies this same rigor to real estate operations—assisting the leadership team in building resilient systems that allow the firm to manage hundreds of doors with the exactitude of managing ten.

A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Alabama-Huntsville, Dr. Hill is a lifelong advocate for continuous improvement.
