As Managing Principal, Kerry oversees the firm’s core acquisition and operational pipelines. Drawing from extensive experience managing mission-assurance protocols, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise-level database architectures within the defense sector, he applies rigorous, data-driven frameworks to residential real estate. His approach ensures that every property acquired meets strict financial and structural parameters required for a generational hold.

Kerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
